Lilian Leung (they/she) is a designer, artist, and community-based researcher based in Port Coquitlam (the unceded territories of the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm First Nation). Their work is focused on applying thoughtful and considered design solutions to community-centred projects and developing relationships through collaboration.

With over ten years of agency experience, their work has spanned numerous industries such as film, commerce, non-profit, and academic institutions with local, national, and international clients and initiatives. Their projects have been recognised through publications and awards and has been supported by national and provincial grants.

Their current artistic practice circles the topic of identity and belonging through the exploration of new and evolving methods of place-making and place-keeping in virtual reality, trans- and post-media practices, and interactive documentaries.

They received their MDes from OCAD University (Digital Futures), their BA at the University of Hertfordshire (Graphic Design), and their Diploma in Graphic Design & Illustration from Capilano University (IDEA).

They are currently open to part-time freelance opportunities.
