By showing the connection between physical and mental health, the stigma attached to this issue becomes a topic for conversation, and creates a supportive environment for youth to cope and recover. The app does not intend to be a replacement to professional help, but as an additional tool for users to be honest with themselves and pushing themselves to recovery.
